We develop and operate mobile health applications. Our own product JieLeBa (戒了吧) is a smoking-cessation companion app for people who want to stop smoking: it combines verifiable timing, reviewable records and human company, so that quitting becomes something you can start, keep going with, and look back on.
An Android app for quitting smoking, built out of four things:
a timer, a journal, achievements, and other people.
From watching a stopwatch alone to standing in the same room as a group.
Live timing with money-saved conversion, a cravings journal and review,
eight level badges, five kinds of quit rooms, guardian and mutual-support
relationships, and a community of people doing the same thing.
Your data lives on your own phone by default. Multiple colour palettes,
dark mode included.
Count up or count down, with live duration, money saved and cigarettes avoided. A wall clock cross-checked against the monotonic clock means changing the system time does not distort your data.
Record the trigger, the mood and how you responded each time; after a relapse the app asks one question about why. The review page turns those entries into visible patterns.
Eight tiers mark the way: Lv0 to Lv5, then Master and Champion. Reach the top and you can sign a quit pledge, unlocking the "Confirmed Quit" badge.
Unlimited timer, unlimited reduction, smoke-free check-in, gradual reduction and level challenge. Every member's progress is visible across devices.
Three modes: solo challenge, guardian, and mutual. A guardian stays with you and cheers you on; mutual-group members start together and are seen together.
Add quit-buddies, see who follows you, and send a guardian, mutual or room invitation straight from a one-to-one chat. Encouragement and nudges both arrive.
Browse official videos by section, post your own updates and milestones, and like or comment on the people walking the same road.
Body recovery stages, risk trends, quit days and a spending bill — each one opens up to show exactly how it was calculated.
Stored on your own phone by default. Export the full data file at any time and import it back; opt into cloud backup when you change devices.
