1.2 You shall provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, and promptly update it if it changes.
1.3 You shall properly safeguard your account and verification methods, and bear corresponding responsibility for all operations performed under your account.
1.4 If you discover that your account has been used without authorization, please immediately contact us through in-app feedback or other channels.
2.1 When using this app, you shall comply with applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and shall not use the app for illegal or prohibited activities.
2.2 You shall not create, reproduce, publish, or disseminate content that is illegal, obscene, violent, terroristic, false, or otherwise prohibited.
2.3 You shall not interfere with the normal operation of the app in any way, or attack or intrude upon systems and networks related to this service.
2.4 You shall respect the legitimate rights and interests of others, and shall not infringe upon their intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights.
3.1 The intellectual property rights in the app's interface, text, logos, software, and related content — except for content legally belonging to third parties or users — are owned by us or the relevant rights holders.
3.2 Without written permission, you shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the aforementioned content for commercial purposes.
3.3 Content you publicly post within the app grants us a license to use it to the extent necessary for providing the service.
4.1 This app is a smoking cessation aid and self-management tool. It does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4.2 Smoking cessation results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee the personal outcomes you achieve through using this app.
4.3 For service interruptions or data anomalies caused by force majeure, network conditions, system maintenance, or similar events, we will assist within reasonable bounds but do not assume liability beyond what is provided by law.
4.4 You shall make your own judgment and assume the risks associated with using this app.
5.1 We may revise this agreement as required by law or business needs. Revisions will be communicated through in-app notices or similar means.
5.2 Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree, you shall stop using the app and delete your account.
5.3 If you materially breach this agreement, we have the right to restrict or terminate your access to the service.
5.4 You may apply to delete your account at any time. After deletion, we will process your relevant data within the scope permitted by the applicable rules.
6.1 You may submit an account deletion request via "My" → "Settings" → "Delete Account" within the app.
6.2 Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized within the legally required period (unless otherwise required by laws and regulations).
6.3 Before deletion, please confirm that you have properly handled virtual property and data associated with your account, as they cannot be recovered after deletion.
7.1 The formation, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent court in the operator's location (Shanghai).
